WHO IS THE SERVICE FOR?
For non-New Zealand citizens who are members of the family unit of a New Zealand citizen who is living in, or is eligible to live in, Australia.
SERVICE INCLUDES
Initial Assessment. Detailed analysis of both the applicant’s and sponsoring partner’s circumstances — including relationship status, family composition, migration history, character considerations, and the best interests of any minor children.
Document Strategy & Evidence Gathering. Identification of required documents, review for accuracy and compliance, and guidance on collecting additional supporting evidence to strengthen your application.
Document Preparation. Coordination of certified translations into English and formatting of documents for electronic submission in line with Department requirements.
Statements & Declarations. Assistance in drafting clear and compelling witness statements and sponsor declarations.
Application Lodgement. Preparation and lodgement of both the visa application and the sponsor application, including assistance with booking biometrics and medicals where applicable.
Ongoing Communication. Liaison with the Department of Home Affairs throughout the application process, including submission of responses or further documentation if requested.
