SERVICE INCLUDES

Visa Application Service

  • Analysis of the applicant's circumstances: age, skills, qualifications and work experience, composition of family (both traveling and non-traveling members), Australian migration history, health and character consideration, other significant circumstances.
  • Determination of a suitable visa subclass and supporting documents: calculation of points, identifying the visa subclass and necessary documents for the visa application; analysis of documents for validity, compliance, accuracy, and alignment with visa requirements; assistance in collecting additional evidence.
  • Document preparation: organizing certified translations of documents into English; formatting electronic copies of documents for submission.
  • Assistance in preparing support letters/statements.
  • Visa application lodgement: preparation and submission of the visa application and supporting documents; assistance in booking medical examination.
  • Communication with the Department: communication with the Department during the visa application consideration period; submission of responses and/or additional information/documents if required.

Skills Assessment Service

  • We will assist you in identifying occupation to nominate and suitable visas.
  • We will identify the requirements of the assessing authority for skills assessment.
  • We will determine what documents must be provided and assist you in preparing them.
  • ​We will apply for the skills assessment on your behalf.
  • We will help you prepare for an interview if required.
  • We will communicate with the assessing authority and submit responses and additional information/documents if requested.
  • We will appeal the assessment outcome should there be valid grounds.

Expression of Interest (EOI) Service

We provide end-to-end support with the preparation and submission of your Expression of Interest (EOI), ensuring it is accurate, strategic, and competitive.

Our service includes:

  • Advising on the most suitable visa subclasses and state or territory nomination pathways (subclasses 189, 190 and 491).

  • Calculating your points score and identifying opportunities to maximise points in accordance with migration legislation and state criteria.

  • Selecting the correct occupation and ANZSCO code for nomination.

  • Preparing and lodging your Expression of Interest in SkillSelect on your behalf.

  • Reviewing and updating the EOI as your circumstances change, including employment history, English language results, partner details or state requirements.

  • Providing strategic recommendations to improve your likelihood of receiving an invitation.
