Visa fee increase from July 2023

The Australian Department of Home Affairs has announced an increase in visa application fees from 1 July 2023.

Visa Application Fees (VACs) will be increased by the government by 6-40% depending on the visa subclass.

Visitor, working holiday, work and holiday, training, temporary activity temporary work (short stay specialist) visas -15%

Business innovation and investment visas - 40%

Other visas - 6%

Pacific Engagement Visa and Pacific Australia Labor Mobility visas - Exempt from increase.
