What to Expect from a Free Short Consultation
During our free short consultation, we will provide answers based on general legislative requirements, policies, and practices. Please note that our responses will not include a detailed analysis of your personal circumstances and should not be considered as the final or definitive solution to your issue.
A Free Short Consultation may be refused in the following circumstances:

If the client's question requires a detailed study of personal data, documents, legislation, regulations, instructions, etc.

If the question is outside the competence of the migration agent.

If AUMA Australian Migration Alliance currently lacks the resources to provide a free consultation.

If the client has previously applied for and received this service.

If the client has previously applied for the service but missed the appointment.

If the client has asked a written question and received a written answer on the merits of the question, it is considered that the client has received the Free Short Consultation service.
TERMS OF SERVICE PROVISION
Consultation is provided on the day of the appointment.
Letter of Advice is provided within five working days after payment.

100% prepayment based on the invoice.
CONSULTATION SERVICE PROCEDURE

After receiving your application, our assistant will contact you to clarify the details of your question.

We will agree on a date and time for the consultation.

You will receive an invoice for payment, which must be paid before the consultation date.

If we request documents (e.g., current visa, letters, certificates, etc.), please provide them in advance of the consultation date.

If we ask you to fill out our questionnaire with your details, please send the completed questionnaire for yourself and your partner in advance of the consultation date.

In some cases, conducting a consultation without reviewing your documents is impossible or extremely ineffective. Please ensure you send valid documents (or their valid copies) and data directly related to the consultation topic. The agent is not responsible for the consequences of incomplete or false information provided by the client.

If you have not sent the requested documents/questionnaire, you can still provide them during the consultation. We will review them during the consultation, but the time will not be extended.

If you do not answer our call at the agreed time, we will reschedule your consultation based on our availability. We will inform you of the new date and time. If you miss the call again, the consultation will be cancelled, and the payment will not be refunded.

If there are technical issues preventing efficient communication, the consultation will be rescheduled to another date and time agreed upon by both parties.
