New online service for Parent visa applicants

Although Parent visa applications must still be lodged on paper, the Department of Home Affairs now allows applicants to manage their application online through ImmiAccount once the application has been acknowledged.

By importing a paper-based application into ImmiAccount, applicants can now upload supporting documents, view messages from the Department, update personal details, and check the status of their application.

These online services are available for all new and existing Parent visa applications, except for Parent (subclass 103) applications lodged before November 2018.

This update makes the process more convenient and gives applicants better visibility and control over their application.

If you need assistance with a Parent visa or guidance on how to use these new online services, contact us today — we're here to help.
